Product use. Our spill kits, neutralizers and personal protective equipment (PPE) are intended for use by trained personnel, following the product instructions and Safety Data Sheets (SDS). Always read the SDS before use. Products must be used, stored and disposed of according to applicable federal, state and local regulations.

Compliance responsibility. Information on this site about OSHA, EPA, DOT or other regulations is general guidance only and is not legal or compliance advice. Each employer is responsible for assessing its own hazards and confirming that its spill response equipment, PPE and procedures meet the requirements for its facility.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TL3T LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products or from reliance on information on this site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product involved.
